I don't see that any one poster should put lots of people off.

There is an ignore feature. It's valuable in such situations.

If that's true, they must not have been very interested in staying anyway. It's quite easy to ignore or scroll past people you don't want to interact with. Of course, you also have to get past the posts of other people interacting with that person. If someone is going to stop posting because other people dare to like or interact with someone they don't care for, perhaps an open internet forum isn't the right venue for them.

I did not use ignore before but I was wrong. It's useful.
