Hi :) Spending this week preparing to start my new job with the company on Monday :) Should be interesting.
I have eight men working for me and it should be fun too :) Up to now they have been given my orders and I
hope to increase the overall efficiency :) I get on well with all of them, so things should go well :) At least I
am now away from the cheeky colleague I had to deal and work with in the main office. I can now work from
home and on the road in my car :) No using my phone though whilst driving. If the cops find me it is double the
penalty... six points on my licence and £200 fine.

Well good luck with it and hope the men keep to their work. I am sure they may do a bit of a different thing behind their closed door.
Yes NO phone while driving. Very serious here too so either mount it and hands free or don't use it.

We are getting our hands free in May. Something special to the usual design from the company.
Then my team will be updated on communication status :)

Ooh now, I have quite a few run-ins with clients "salesmen" not giving correct information regarding a clients
products to their customers. I hope you are a good boy prop and not naughty or I might be tempted to...

I hope all goes well with the new job on Monday Sienna. I am sure there are many engineers who would like to work for you so you shoud have no worries on that score either.

In my capacity as a partner of the company I have already got experience working with the quality engineers :)
They are a good bunch of guys and they have been working for us without some "team leadership" to keep them
together and knowing quite a bit of QA itself which they lack. I hope to strengthen them in their basic ISO and
BSI standards knowledge and visit clients on a rota and schedule. If the company is to grow, then I will play a
key role being in a supervisory position and an employee like the rest :) I am looking forwards to the new position
and very confident that "the team" will be very successful :)

First, we need to find a cellar, a really huge one, part of a stately home or something like that :)
Secondly, we need the advice from somebody who is well into BDSM ;)... then they can build it for
us. Fancy trying it out Jayne when it's all done? You can either be the sub or Dom and I'll be the
opposite ;):D

So sorry I was not able to reply on Friday evening (UK time) has TRT and myself had made arrangements to go out
with a few local friends. We had an amazing night in an oriental restaurant/bar and I met a personal friend I knew
when I was in my early twenties, almost ten years ago :) I was quite surprised to even see them in the Devonshire
area, because the last time I saw them was in a Manchester club around 400km away.

The friend, still a proprietor of a "swingers club" in the North of England was looking for new property in Devon or
Cornwall to be themed in the "olde worlde" style (17th/18th century) which sounded extremely interesting :) TRT and I
thought about visiting this should it ever transpire :)
