Hopefully, under this President, a devastating clinic on the concept of combined arms will be unveiled before the enemy. Hopefully, it will result in the decimation of Isis and the seizing of Raqqa. Hopefully, the price in American lives will be low.

Its none of our concern. If we would stop funding the pretend "moderate" rebels, Assad's government would be freed up to go after ISIS and we wouldn't need to be involved.
Also the Rojava thing is a piece of shit government. Worse than ISIS. Kurds are terrorist turds. I knew some Kurds when I lived in Paris, they are all radicals and terrorists or terrorist sypathizers. Turkey is right, don't give these people an inch of ground as a country. They are bad news.

Putin wants Assad to remain in power, for many reasons.
Which brings it back to: who is the US going to help exactly, and how will the Russians react.
