The Zinc Experiment

I will say that I've noticed an increase in precum, but not anything overtly obvious. I've only tasted it teasingly and it still tastes the same, but I think tonight we'll go for a full release and see where we're at.

Finally got to milk a load from the BF last night. Its been a few days and he hasn't popped since starting this fun little game. It was great and he really fucked me silly :), but when he pulled out and erupted all over my lips and face, it wasn't really any more than normal. I know, still only been a few days in and I need to be patient (we all know that's not my strong suit). It did have a slightly different taste, but he has also been consuming a lot of Ruby Red in hopes of getting the grapefruit effect.

Indeed it does! For all of us! Hang in there sweetie. goldsoundz and suckonsimon both said it takes two weeks to make any difference and hopefully they should know since they're both guys :D

Question regarding sample collection. Does one point straight down at the collection dish such that all produced semen is collected?
 
I'm sure the science guys who've weighed in on our little experiment are going to say that edging him is going to skew our results - but I say GO FOR IT!!! :D

I'm just very happy that you're all sharing this with us. In fact, now I have this whole new fantasy where I'm the subject of one of these experiments, and some lab attendant is required to blow me every day for a month and record her findings - amount, viscosity, color, taste.

You know, for science. ;)
 
Sunday night results:

Not a significant difference in volume. I did notice the chalkier taste that Liz mentioned, but we'll try and see what a lighter diet will do to handle that. It did feel thicker though, much sticker than the last time he showed me his appreciation...

Hubby can't take zinc right now and grapefruit juice is a no no with some of his meds.
Doesn't matter right now since he can't keep it up! I still love him and I find others to experiment with.;)

Ladies just keep doing those tests for science.
 
What I remember from Peter North (noteworthy porn star noted for his proliferate ejaculate) saying what he did was have a healthy diet, reduced fried foods and salts, periodic abstinence (3 days prior to sex), and daily intake of orange juice. He MIGHT have said grapefruit juice as well (since he actually said a number of things), but all I recall was less fried foods, at least 3 days of abstinence and orange juice.

Now, as a former body builder, I know that orange juice (or any natural sweets) makes the body retain fluids. This makes sense as ejaculate is primarily fluid, so anything that increases body fluids would thereby increase ejaculate.

I'm interested in hearing about the results, while hoping people only use zinc supplements for short spells of a month or so. Too much of anything, even water, can be bad for you. I'll also point out, foods naturally high in zinc would probably be healthier.

I'd join in on the test but my own restricted dietary intake kind of makes it a moot point.

Well I did take what he blasted across my boobs and have a taste. Felt thicker on my fingertips and when I rolled some around on my tongue it felt like it kept its consistency better.

The first couple days we did 100. He decided to it would be better to cut it to 50 and supplement his diet with some zinc heavy foods like spinach, etc.

There's nothing wrong with trying this experiment for relatively short periods of time (up to a month), but long-term use of zinc supplements of over 40mg per day can have negative health effects. In the longer term, it's better to try to get your zinc through diet -- oysters (lots of zinc), mussels, spinach, beef, chicken, nuts, chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, and other sources.

In the past year or so, I've had a noticeable reduction of volume -- especially when cumming a 2nd time shortly after the first. Maybe it's time for a zinc pill, followed by a chaser of oysters!

All please note if you don't read it: Zinc needs to be in combination with folic acid, for it to be effective. The article says 1mg folic acid and 15mg zinc sulphate per day. I guess there is that amount of folic acid in a healthy diet already, but ... someone check that?

That would be a negative. I've heard of it, but never in connection with work-outs, building body mass, or anything like that. Considering it it used to treat anemia (for one), it sounds like it is a blood thickener, which isn't what I would think is good for body building, or increasing semen for that matter...
