Stupid? The guy is a general, and they generally speaking are not stupid. More to the point was that Obama declassified the tap so that 16 different agencys could leak it. If you dont see that you are not only a liberal dem, but a blind one too.
Do not forget the verbatim leaks between Trump and world leaders including the Mexican President. This reeks of the former White House especially Rhodes and it idiot boss the Iranian national women who lives with the Obama s. Go figure that one out while you are at it.
