Liberals would take the same position on things like school prayer regardless of whether it were Muslims or Christians pushing it. Certainly the ACLU would; they're so consistent in their principles that they have defended Nazis' right to publicly demonstrate, and you can be sure that they don't like Nazis' politics at all, and are fully aware that the civil liberties they cherish would perish under a Nazi government.
