So let's say you have a normal person, a girl for the sake of this discussion. And you need to have her converted into totally obedient, cum-hungry, always willing sex slave.

How'd you do that?

Obviously one way is pure training. Punishment and reward. But I'm not talking about such things in this topic - I'm seeking ideas about weird unrealistic contraptions and predicaments that would probably be very traumatic in real life, and would most likely fail or drive someone insane. But are oh so sexy to fantasize about.

Here are few things I've come across over time or thought of already. Feel free to use them. And share your own!

Extreme sensory deprivation.
I've read this scene in a comic book recently. A girl gets her ears plugged so she can't hear. Her nose plugged so she can't smell anything. Her mouth plugged so she can only feed on liquid food supplied through a special tube; the food is tasteless. A hood put over her head, completely blindfolding her and isolating her entirely from the outside world. She gets put into a room with temperature carefully controlled so she can feel neither cold nor hot.
This goes on for weeks, and she's driven insane by loneliness and lack of her senses. Then the sexual stimulation starts, and as the only outlet for her, as the only thing that she can experience - she becomes dependent on it, addicted to it.
When the hood is finally taken off of her, she's completely converted.
Now that's a scary fate, and one that would probably leave someone insane rather than horny. But in a fiction story - it worked for me and seemed plausible.

Brainwashing
Maybe someone is drugged or hypnotized, or maybe not. Maybe there is sexual stimulation to come with it, or maybe not.
One thing is for sure - the recipient receives a constant tream of audio or visual suggestions, and when something is repeated for long enough - the brain accepts it as the truth.
In my SexTV story I used orgasm denial and constant edging as a means to break the girl who was strapped to the device (she consented for it). When she'd fallen into the pits of despair, she was put back together, but with hypnosis-like whispers in her ears, that she didn't even consciously hear until they stopped later on.
At the same time she was trained on a task-and-reward regime, by being granted orgasms for doing certain things.

Another take on brainwashing.
In one of the stories on Lit I've read about an interesting contraption. A girl was mounted onto a sybian-like device that kept her on the edge of orgasm. A huge wall of monitors was in front of her.
Each monitor would show porn scenes of people having sex. The catch is, a camera tracked where she was looking. If she closed her eyes or watched boy-girl porn, she got punished. She could only get away with watching lesbian porn. The monitors would switch at random intervals, and she had to find the right one to watch.
So she was basically forced to choose to watch only lesbian porn while also being kept extremely horny by the means of edging and orgasm denial.
Over time less and less monitors would show lesbian porn, cornering her, and in the end bringing her to complete horror and mental breakdown when there was no lesbian porn available.
The result - she got converted into lesbian and made to fear sex with men.

For example instead of ear plugs under the hood she wears wireless head set that is set something to the effect of "you will do what i command you to do." The dildo in her pussy is just kept going high enough to keep her perpetually horny but no where what she needs to orgasm. Okay, so I don't know if you still want this info or if this idea is what you are looking for but here it is anyway:
I guess it is kind of a mixture of techniques. Have you seen the "Saw" movies? People have to make a decision to do something insane in order to save their own life. It is psychological torture in the way that the person who orchestrated everything doesn't actually determine the outcome, but forces the victim to make the choice between doing something they would normally never do or suffer the fate of a terrible death. (They have a choice but is it really a choice?) well, imagine if someone was placed in an empty room or, rather, drugged and woke up in an empty room. The walls are concrete. No windows. Only several different steel doors that are locked. Above each door is a surveillance camera. Beside each door is a small chest. Inside each chest is a note describing what the prisoner must do for the door to open. There may or may not be additional items in the box, depending on what the task is. There is no way to know what is on the other side of the door and no interaction from anyone aside from the notes in the chests. The victim would be deciding their own fate by choosing which door/instructions to follow. The structure of the building is like a labyrinth. Each door leads to a different room with multiple doors, none of which would lead to the exit so easily. So, the idea here is that some sort of sexual act resulting in climax would be on the instruction cards and once the act was performed in front of the corresponding door and surveillance camera, the door would open and the cycle would continue. The variations would be in the tasks and also in the types of rooms. Ex: an easy task might be to remove certain articles of clothing and place it in the box. Other boxes might contain clothespins to place somewhere on the body while masterbating to climax. Another box might contain a vibrator, a hairbrush, a cucumber . . . You get the message. Different items and methods for performing sexual acts as innocent or depraved as you would like. Also, each room would be different. And it's kind of sick that the circumstances were created to drive the victim to basically condition theirself to 'perform like a slut' or whathaveyou. It's weird. Might drive someone insane. Could possibly be effective . . .
