Boycott Everything Trump Link

A CNNMoney analysis calculates at least 34,000 jobs attributable to the Donald. It's not the size of General Motors, but then again, you're an idiot if you think that it's a paltry amount. The population of San Dimas, California for example is approximately 34,000 as well. Like him or not, a lot of people have jobs because of him. You and your butthurt SJW ilk that boycott his businesses will hurt his employees and their families much more than Trump himself.

If it were within KO's power to destroy the economy in order to destroy Trump, he would do so. "Winning" takes precedence over the good of the nation.

If any Trump enterprise goes out of business, other, unboycotted companies will move in to fill the void in the market -- for which they'll need to hire more people. The net effect on the unemployment rate will be zero.

You sound like someone that's never run a business (that does explain a lot of your posts though). This is not like a game of Monopoly where you can restart the game in moments. People can be out of work for weeks or months until that "void" refills.

This is amazing...

People are still arguing, out of willful ignorance, a point that LadyF already rendered moot. The only think Ivanka has to do with the clothing line is licensing her name.

I said the same thing in the past two days in either this, or another thread, not about the specific, but about the general mood of the Left right now. This has gone beyond Limbaugh saying that he hoped the President ['s policies] fails to the Left declaring that they are going to destroy the President no matter what his policies are...

So if a Trump enterprise goes out of business because there is zero demand for its service or product another company will "fill the void?" Did you make it past sixth grade? The only void is that empty space between your ears.

It's like calling in artillery on your own position when you outnumber your enemy 10,000 to 1. :D

If a Trump enterprise is providing goods and services at a high level that satisfies the consumer of those goods and services, then no amount of boycott will have any real effect. If the substitute goods are of similar or better quality or price point, then they will do business elsewhere. If you look at what the Trump family does, very little of it can be affected by "customers" making individual purchases.

The concepts of market, demand, consumer, goods, and services are far too complex for the leftist mind.

^^^was asleep the past 8 years. What a big dummy!lol

No, but what has that to do with a boycott? A boycott does not affect market demand for a given class of product, only demand for a given company's products. If a Trump business goes out of business for lack of demand for its class of product, well, isn't that simply the way capitalism is supposed to work? The burden is on business to supply the products consumers actually want.

A result of conservative local political culture in rural areas, combined with dishonest Republican gerrymandering and voter suppression to multiply the effect of same.

Their gerrymandering skills were hard learned from Democrats and their ability to makes theirs look like somebody's alphabet.

Yeah, their gerrymandered districts. Many meandering around to capture specific racial populations.

Racial gerrymandering is a practice I won't defend, but I can understand it.

A proportional-representation system is the best way to cut the knot. No more gerrymandering by anybody, and racial blocs can pool their votes if they want to regardless of where they live.

Most likely fake news, but even if true that means that 74% of her customer's are still buying.

We will NOT be silenced by anti-democratic filth and its pathetic attempts at tyranny through intimidation.

GO FUCK YOURSELVES

You know, the boycott was a tactic the Patriots used in the American Revolution.

For the pro-boycott types.

A lesson from the Grammys...

The singer who wore the Make America Great Again dress enjoyed a dynamic expansion of album sales overnight.

Brave woman. She's also enjoying an exploding number of death threats. I hope you people keep on keeping your politics so fucking classy...

I'm going to quote this over in another thread.
