Seriously did not need to make a remake of OldBoy. Nobody ever needs to make a remake of that. If you can't get down with the Korean version because subtitles or violence whatever, you just shit out of luck and need to stick to sing-a-long templated Disney musicals an' shit.

I have been awake maybe all of six hours today....yay, fever.

Where I am there is snow ( or was yesterday, I haven't peeked out yet). After a snowless couple of years I am frolicking ( tentatively , I cannot risk a bad fall ) Last night we were out and I was in a silk skirt and top and evening shoes ( with my lovely warm coat ) as the snow was melting. When we came out there had been lovely fresh snowfall and I was glad I had brought sneakers as well ( but no socks) which changing my shoes I managed to leave a couple of foot prints in the snow outside the club ( I love snow and ice ).

It has made a day I was excited but. Bit nervous about even more wonderful.

i don't even remember the last movie of his that i saw and liked, but it's been a long, long time. i've heard about old boy, but haven't watched it mainly because i heard about it and what i heard wasn't good. i did, however, watch that terrible vampire movie he made a couple years ago. well, part of it. it was complete shit.

again, it makes me sad. he was probably one of the first directors i was actually aware of when i was younger, but now he could disappear completely and i wouldn't care.
