I would LOVE an SRT but right now it's deciding if I can be selfish and get the Mercedes I really want or if I should go for the Tahoe that would make road trips so much easier.

But then I see a Rover that's particularly gorgeous.

I wonder if customer service for the Rover comes all the way from the home office in Mumbai.

I love dodge and all the SRT models. Just know that it is not a true luxury interior. After a year the cheap plastic shit they use will rattle.

That being said my old Charger SRT is still one of my favorite cars.

Tahoe/Yukon is better than the G Wagon IMO.

In 1999 I bought a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Loaded. Loved it for many miles and years.
Leather was nice, interior was great. Hope it hasn't changed.

We bought a new Maxima years ago. The air bag rattled and drove my husband nuts. That car did not last long.

My favorites over the years : the Jeep
Then the Saab turbo, annoying as hell to fix
Nissan 300 ZX. Got stolen.

Had lots of favorites. Actualy I'm starting to love my wife's Genisi G80 with the 8 cylinder. Nice car in all aspects.

My least favorite:
When I was in college I crashed my ford probe. My
Mother offered me a car. Who am I to turn down a free car?
It was a white Chrysler Lebarron convertible.

Had to work overtime to get laid while driving that thing.

Ugliest car I had was the cavalier. But I was a teen and lucky to have it.
Bought an Altima, unimpressed and boring for the money. My first and last lease.

My ugliest vehicle was a '69 Ford E300 Club Wagon. Still, it was a lot of fun in college.

The CVT in the Crosstrek is like driving a snowmachine. Easy to get used to.

I will be buying a new Forester for SWMBO this year. The '04 is starting to nickel and dime us.

Colour me converted!

Just a great vehicle... fit & finish, torque, responsiveness....:cool:

You nice older gents are about 20 years behind the times.

Mustang, Vet, Challanger, Charger, hell even the big block Hyundai Genisis will run 3 to 3.5 second 0-60.

Transmission, rear end, gearing, handling ain't what it use to be on the beasts.

You can indeed have your cake and eat it now..

The Tau ROCKS!
