It seems to have gotten a little busier these last few months. But political talk is up everywhere online and offline -- I saw an article this week about how much more political chatter is happening nowadays in the workplace.

"General Board" means just that: it's for everything and anything (within the rules of Lit).

Example: The BDSM board started back when I was a newb, and the whole idea was "We want someplace that's moderated and where devotees of the lifestyle can talk amongst ourselves at a slower pace," not "We don't want to talk about BDSM on the GB ever again." And there certainly wasn't an attempt to ban such talk.

I wouldn't expect someone who has been a GB-only person for years to go somewhere else just to talk about politics, or BDSM, or why they're hot for their mothers, etc. That's why all the other forums have their Playground-style "cafes" -- so they can chatter on the part of Lit that's their home instead of having to go to the GB, where there be monsters.
 
I think tomorrow I may just bumper-ski to the office.

yep, it's fucking everywhere. i'm avoiding the shitty board i'm a moderator on because another mod won't shut his fucking mouth about trump. well, except when he's edging himself to thoughts of taylor swift's imaginary sex life.

anyway, back to watch marx brothers clips on youtube.
 
and just to make it clear the other board is basically about wanking to things other than porn, so... yeah.

From 35 to 45 I was cool. Think I would have preferred being cool from 12-22. But better late than never.
