I'm certainly no expert but it seems to me that the USA president is more or less a supreme monarch for the 4 years he has been elected for. He can basically do what he wants, within the Constitution unless it is to do with taxes and then he needs the sanction of the Congress.

Seems unusual to me for a western democracy for the head of state to have more power than the house of representatives.

It also seems surprising to me that the tanks had a revolution to get rid of one supreme monarch to just replace him with another, albeit with a four year restriction.

The President is the executive, someone who executes policy ordained by the Congress. The Courts exist to referee the game. Congress funds policy and ordains policy.

If the Court rules States are parties (victims) in the immigration issue theyre making policy because States are subordinant to the Feds with respect to immigration. Its settled law.

From where I sit I see maybe 4 factions vying for the Democrat 2020 nomination: Hillary, Warren, Bernie, and a black like the guy from New Jersey....Obama stays around to make it happen.

Warren and Bernie are easy losers.

But 2018 may be a wake up call for same Democrats to drown the fanatics and luv white people again.
