I've had a question in mind the past few days while enjoying this thread. I don't want to start any kind of "war of words" but here's my question; To me, a sissy has always implied a male who chooses to be more feminine but not the same as a Transgender MTF or even a TV who has surgeries/breast implants. The term "sissy" historically implies a derogatory connotation applied to men, not females. Can a person still identify as a man and go through transformation?

Thus, a "sissy" is in essence a feminized male, but still physically a male. What do others think on this term?

The ones I have dated just wanna be femme, for fun only, not so serious, and would love to go out dressed. Worry about being passable. CD's, to me, are more serious about it, but still might be in the closet. Some CD's put a LOT of effort into their appearance. T girls are sometimes totally out, and expect to be treated as women. I love them all, of course. But, some are also touchy with wording; I have learned to be careful and considerate. Always good, esp in matters of identity.

I, for example, am a retired soldier. I am NOT a Marine, hooooah!

Well, since you asked.

Sissy is someone who worships cock and cum. They can be male or female. Its a sexual mindset.

Transgender is someone who identifies as a gender they were not naturally born into. It does not imply sexuality, gay or straight.
Some of these people will alter their bodies to match their mind. Anyone in this gray area between "Male" and "Female" counts as transgender.
You refrenced MtF, this means "Male to Female". It implies someone was born a male and is in some stage of transition to becoming female.

You also refrenced TV, which is "Transvestite", which is a cross-dresser.
A cross dresser is someone who wears the clothes of the opposite gender.
It does not always imply sexuality. IE: a guy can wear a dress and still like girls.
