That was an insane interpretation of the law, but at least Nixon was a lawyer, who understood that the question of whether something is legal or not is an important one. To Trump, the concept of legality is meaningless. To him, if Donald Trump wants to do it, then Donald Trump gets to do it, what's this "law" shit.
