Why don't third world countries take the "refugees"? Why is it western Europe and North America that are expected to take them? Maybe they are really economic migrants not "refugees"?

All those Islamic nations so full of petrodollars and not understanding how the world sees them because they won't take in the refugees...

Tragic! ;)

You're talking about Saudi Arabia and the rich Gulf states there. The peaceful countries that can be vetted. None are on the list. All are US allies.

Tiny Jordan is overwhelmed by refugees ad is bordering on collapse.

Met a guy down town. Born and raised in S.A. but calls himself Eritrean. He said there are no real libraries in Saudi. A few small one with strictly controlled content. Egypt he said has many libraries with all sorts of classic and new books from around the world.

Trump has signed an executive order to curb immigration and refugees from some Muslim countries. So France and Germany gets worried much I guess. I was in Germany in late 2015 and saw how it was when guys from Syria were flooding German cities and lots of them came to Berlin and it was a bit strange to see them amid the so well-known environment (like this https://tranio.com/germany/berlin/commercial/). How it’s going on and what steps the Germany authorities will take this time?
