It is such a non-issue...

A few folks on a few planes who gratitude for being here should overshadow their slight inconvenience.

I still have yet to find the name of any person who has been deported...

It is also a stay, not a determination.

Obama set precident that immigration and customs enforcement is entirely at the whim of the president.

As a famous jackass Democrat reportedly responded: "John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!

Since when does a "Brooklyn Judge" trump Presidential executive power on a matter spevifically enumerated as exclusively enforced by the executive branch?

It doesn't, but they can hide behind their skirts and pretend.

Further, all Trump has done is overturn Obama's abrogation of the law. He hasn't changed law or made new law, merely ordered the law be enforced.

Yes, obama was responsible for banning people from certain countries, trump was man enough to enforce it. There's those alternative facts in action!

DHS agrees with me:

“The president’s Executive Orders remain in place—prohibited travel will remain prohibited, and the U.S. government retains its right to revoke visas at any time if required for national security or public safety,” the department said in a statement. “The president’s Executive Order affects a minor portion of international travelers, and is a first step towards reestablishing control over America's borders and national security.”

Those passengers that were "inconvenienced," by the order, the DHS said, were few and far between.

Good. Good. Let the hate flow through you.

I believe the US Marshall's service would be the agency you're looking for.

See what happens when you kill all those neurons? I find your chortling on this matter amusing as well as two faced, much like our president. If this was turned around you would be wailing to high heaven about government bureaucrats taking the law into their own hands, but because you agree with the edict from the president you cheer those who would break the law. The appropriate and legal thing to do would be to appeal it. But that just doesn't fit the agenda does it? "The fucking liberal jackass are legally trying to undo what we want so we'll just ignore it." You can't have it both ways, either this is a nation of laws and we follow them until undone through the process or we don't. If we don't it frees both sides to use the same methods. Time for me to sit back and watch the zealots go at each other.

Buuuuuuut....OBAMA!

325,000 non-American citizens enter the US every day.

109 of those - all in transit - were singled-out for closer vetting as Friday's EO17689 constitutionally dictates.

All of those 109 are nationals of the 4 terrorist-laden nations Congress and President Obama intentionally designated with their Visa Waiver Program Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015 (Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Syria), or the 3 terrorist-laden nations President Obama decreed last February to be added (Libya, Somalia, Yemen).

To America's peril, though, the current President did not add the one entity which empowers so much Islamic jihadism still: the House of Saud (shame on your own politics as usual, Mr. Trump).

Today, as EO17689 is in constitutional effect for the second full day and "in transit" no longer applies, the socialist hyperbole is also no longer as strong as all the fake news crap already spewed.

The President also issued an executive memorandum yesterday giving the Joint Chiefs of Staff 30 days to produce, in the President's words:

...the plan to defeat the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria - in other words, ISIS.

It should be evident to others that EO13769 ("Protecting the Nation From Foreign Terrorist Entry Into the United States"), EO13768 ("Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States"), and EO13767 ("Border Security and Immigration Enforcement Improvements") all very wisely mesh with an intention to much more seriously deal with a Islamic jihadi issue already honestly acknowledged by this President.

Trump's chapter of this war may have practically started earlier today in Yemen when T6 boots-on-the-ground took out an AQAP clan, losing 1 SEAL with 3 others wounded.

President Trump really needs to address the nation if he's actually going this way, informing Americans he's going to ask Congress to declare war against "the jihadi Islamic State" (Daesh & Al Qaeda). If he doesn't, and if he continues to refuse Saudi Arabia its fully earned role in this entire, intolerable quagmire known as Islamic jihadism, then he is simply following down the same failed and unconstitutional path as the previous 3 Presidents before him.

Go to constitutional war, or go - and stay - home.

US Soldiers can't get home to their families after fighting for this country. A 5 year old was detained for hours. STFU, Eeyore.

Tell that to every liberal that cheered DACA and DAPA.

Speakiing of, all of the non-citizens en masse at those rallies. . .who do you suppose they voted for?

Valid.

If a Republican POTUS cannot get a GOP controlled legislature to co-sign, he ought not use military assets.

There are no caucasian non-citizens? That is very racist.

Did I say that? No.

Try to follow along in context. How many white faces did you see in Obama's "Dreamers" campaign? At the rallies, openly declaring their non-citizen status?

Given that DACA is defacto citizenship designed to bolster the DNC's base, specifically with Hispanics, (so-called white hispanics, included) I'd say it was quite racist of you to state outright that illegal immigrants as a whole, the vast majority of whom are not white Canadian's lack the ability to vote.

Which was the point.

Which you missed.

As per usual.
