I'm fairly certain that it means a few things:

1. Complete sentences and vocabulary greater than a 5th grader.
2. A well rounded discussion that includes something besides dirty talk, or that she would prefer someone that is more creative than: i like ur tits.
3. That if you have to ask what 'intelligent conversation' is, then you likely are not the guy shes looking for.
