I work in research and development in a large company. Every spring we get a crop of interns for the summer. Some of them end up staying for a while afterwards as temps and of course some of them become employees.

I managed a business that used interns (paid) and we had a few hot girls in the office. But, being an employer with a sexual harassment policy, I was always professional.

However, my clients weren't always so professional and would constantly make comment on the hot interns. Well as others have mentioned, your supervisors making advancements is unethical, against policy in most places and illegal. Coworkers, even to innocuously indicate interest can be risky, if the subject of that interest is touchy and wants to say they are being harassed.
