Regular looking people.

This is why I love the AmPics forum. Makes me wonder who I might be standing next to in the grocery check out line.

Love this quote. Agree entirely! It is the sexy that makes beautiful, not the perfect face or figure. I'll take any one of these over any professional model.

As I think you suspected, guys probably don't notice outfits and accessories that much. However, a lot of guys do worry whether women find them attractive and, even if they do, why they do. It's reassuring when you see a guy who has, say, a bigger nose, just like you, and it doesn't stop women finding him attractive.

In his later years, Lee Marvin's face can hardly be described as 'chocolate box' but he still seemed to attract the women in considerable numbers.

The sad thing is that so many people strive to look perfect and spend a fortune on plastic surgery so that they look like the bland people they see in the media, in films and in porn. They may look 'perfect' but they end up looking unremarkable.

Amen!

Beauty, as defined by media and men, is fickle and changes like the wind. The posts are amazing because they are natural. However, some of us grew up knowing that there is a level of acceptance that only comes through conforming to whatever standard is vogue. We are automatically judged by the amount of food we eat and the number of hours that we spend in the gym. It would be interesting to see this same thread showing natural men.

As a male, I completely agree with your comments. However, as a guy who enjoys social nudity, I have met many men and women who do not worry about pampering to the latest trend. We accept people on what they are and not their body shape. Natural is best and respect our bodies. It's the only one we have. Stay nude!

I love the posts and pics in this thread, I would hate to see it dissapear, hope to see more, such a turn on for me when I can relate these to real life people I see every day, not model types.
