Their father brutally raped them over several years, and apparently the mother enjoyed being felt up by her boys, too.

They've served 27 years already. I think that's enough.

Anyway, it's not like they're going to get adopted and have the opportunity to gun down a new set of parents.

Set them free!

Agree or disagree?

Hopefully.

The sex might be awkward at first though. All they can do now is hold hands.

Can you imagine the type of women that writes to these guys in jail? I'm guessing they are a lot like Hashtag. Full of energy and just ready to pounce.

Disagree.

My only regret regarding the Menendez brothers is that they were convicted and sentenced in California after the Death Penalty was abolished. They pass all of the tests to qualify for execution in any jurisdiction that has a death penalty.

I wasn't aware they have had any physical contact with their wives.

I think the psychology of women who lust after inmates is fascinatingly perverse, but don't think of 'Tag as either.

As I understand it, California had the death penalty at the time, but it was rejected by the jury as neither had a felony record.

The murderers I have known were all very scary people and I wouldn't want them oot and aboot anywhere near me or mine.

Maybe Gimp can take them in to his home as an outreach program?

They have been inside for a long time, after all.

They didn't even go to trial until after the death penalty had been revived in the state. The jury just chose not to recommend it.

No evidence of abuse. Found guilty of wanting parent's money. Let them rot.

Vander Molen, who lived with the Menendez family during summers in her youth, testified at the time that Lyle had told her about the alleged abuse in 1976, when he was only 8.

Recalling her testimony to ABC News, Vander Molen said, “One night, I was in my room changing the sheets in my bed, and Lyle came in. He became very serious about asking me if he could sleep in the other bed next to mine and saying that he was afraid to sleep in his own bed because his father and him had been touching each other down there, indicating that it was his genital area.”

What happened to the family's money, I wonder?

Not sure if I believe about the rapes or not? Jose was supposed to be a bitch.

Even if they were raped, it doesn't excuse murder. They could have walked away, if they weren't so spoiled.

I'm all for letting non violent offfenders out early if there's little indication they'll repeat but murderers gotta do their sentence. Most won't ever murder again but they have to pay for what they did. The dead person doesn't get to come back early.

Keep them in jail. Never believed their story about rape, fake tears in the courtroom. It was totally about the money.

Depends how you look at it. Two handsome white boys going to Da Big House--they definitely got what they deserved. Over and over and over...

Well said.
It's bad enough that they killed their parents. Multiply that 10 times by smearing their reputations in a loathsome effort to avoid prison.

This girl probably deserves sympathy. Not a walk. She did have options other than killing them. Slim options probably though. But deserving of sympathy.

Rhinelander teen sentenced to 23 years for killing parents.

This girl deserves a walk. She did everything she could first. Her mother although an abused victim herself should shoulder more of the blame.

But the Mendez brothers deserve their sentences. Weird ass women still married them in jail. Now that is perverted.

Have they shared with you that they're actually females trapped in male bodies, Gimpy?

I just read that a California convicted killer serving life without possibility of parole is the first US inmate to receive totally taxpayer financed sex-change procedures.

I'm just wondering what your obvious affinity for the Menendez' might be. That's all.

What kind of name is Bresha? I mean. Also, Richard Ramirez and Charles Manson also got married, didn't they? Women, man. I'm tellin' you. They's crazier 'n a craphouse rat.

Better a daughter named Bresha than a son named Newt.

Who knows, if faced with life without parole maybe you can get transferred to a woman's prison. Is it worth the missing bits?
