G.R.I.D. just shot The Lieutenant with his Wave Beam, so Thea can feel free to gut him.
Chronologically, that's about when the Gar!Whale will land, so she'll need to dive to safety, but she can call out to him to copy her form once the dust settles and she sees that he's terribly hurt.
Either that or the just-rescued Martian Manhuntress can link Thea's mind to Gar's so that he can read the thought from Thea? Whatever's clever!

Four, actually.
Well, he was the straw that broke the camel's back!
Taking down the bridge took out anyone on it who couldn't or wouldn't be able to get out of the way. Syonide had two ruined arms and blood loss, Fauna was covered in painful ant-bites, Zebra-Man took a metal arrow to the heart (in my head it was a silver arrow, because "Legend of Zelda" is my jam) and was barely hanging on, and The Lieutenant took G.R.I.D.'s Wave Beam broadside.
Between The Hellrider, the two G.R.I.D.s, and then Gar!Whale, that bridge went down hard. But yeah, Garfield can certainly be considered to have a chunk of the credit for their takedowns!

Ruby has just Dialed H-E-R-O. Which means she's going to turn into some random superhero or superheroine with random powers. But rather than my picking them and getting basically whatever power I want whenever I want, I would like you guys to pick.
You can either name a super power or powerset, or name a superhero(ine), and I will either pick an existing hero with that power, or become that named hero, or come up with a Captain Ersatz that has that power or is inspired by that named hero.
Hopefully that's not too dense an explanation.
Bonus points for giving me awkward or unexpected powers or characters, stuff that forces me to think on my feet, this is meant to be a challenge!
(Though I would love the occasional dramatically-timed epic Hero, this should be a last-ditch thing, like we'll never survive unless I get something conventionally useful. A very rare occurrence.)
Extra bonus points for giving me a Legion of Superheroes member or Ben 10 alien that fits the above criteria.
