I'm saddened by the loss of all our icons and some of the emerging icons makes me think that not only have most of our entertainment gone belly up, true artistry is gone.
Perhaps we should bring back story telling and take away CGI budgets...

Me personally, I think you did great under the circumstances!
And once Arrow and Rider are all set, there's plenty of targets still on the bridge, now that Planet-Master and Spectrumonster are being dealt with.

Thanks Chas. I was supposed to post as Green straight after Velocity but RL got in the way again.
Feeling is mutual. Y'all have been a pleasure to write with and to read. I hope to get the opportunity to write with y'all again in the future, we'll see how things go. If not, thanks for letting me tag along this past year. It was really awesome being able to explore one of my favorite characters with a bunch of kickass word slingers. I'd ran so many scenes and stories with him in my head, but its always different when you try to put that down into words.

Additionally, now that The Rider is on the march-- in case you didn't see this IC --and Planet-Master and Spectrumonster are both being taken care of--
--Connor is clear to once more fire his ranged attacks at targets on the bridge.
It's worth noting that Connor may have noticed that Zebra-Man repulsed his arrows but not Renegade's bullets, and might note that Zebra-Man's powers might not work on metal? It's up to you if you think that's something he would deduce.
In any case, he could also take shots at Lady Eve or Kobra himself, or support one or more of the other heroes on the bridge engaging with foes, like Beast Boy or Wildcat.

So, just to fill in anyone who wasn't clear on it, Kiz is jumping from this thread into a spinoff thread involving the darker, cosmic, mystic side of this universe.
If anyone's interested in reading, it's going to use more of the Vertigo Comics playground than the mainstream DCU, especially Sandman, Hellblazer, et cetera, but with an overall tie-in to the main metaplot over here. There may be crossovers and cameos and stuff. It's kind of like how Lunar conceived "Beyond Star City" as the mystical counterpart to "Star City."
We're still hashing out the details, but I thought I would post the link here. We may be open to people joining us for the storyline there, if there's interest? But no pressure, it's still very much a work in progress.
