The anti-Israel resolution that just passed in the UN Security Council is based on the argument that Israel is “altering the demographic composition” of Judea and Samaria. The settlers have no intention of living as a minority in a Palestinian state which is apparently the argument he's trying to make (some Palestinians remained in Israel as a minority group after independence but no Jews remained in Palestinian territories).
