I have an administrative assistant who has worked for me for two years. She very rarely wears a bra, and while her breasts aren't large her nipples are quite prominent. I have gotten used to them, but she does get some stares and comments about them from office visitors. I say if she wants to show them off then by all means go ahead and take advantage of it.

I work around a lot of professional women of all ages. I've never really thought about taking note of whether or not any are wearing a bra. Maybe I should pay more attention.
