Bad weather/saying no to the job

I have a driving shift tomorrow which I said yes to. Now I looked at the news and holy, the weather here in UK is going to get bad. I don't want to do the shift tomorrow. What do I say to them? I've never said no to them ever. I don't wanna feel bad.

It's a temporary agency job so it's not like they're going to be super angry but giving them no notice feels kinda unprofessional.
