You're certainly consistent. You were exposed to facts you didn't like and you responded with personal insults.

Trump never made any claim that he would make transgendered people use any specific bathroom, in fact he stated that he was comfortable with transgendered people using the bathroom of their choice. When asked about leaving it to the states Trump pointed out all the businesses leaving North Carolina, and the people of North Carolina have spoken about how they felt about that law. Just as the people spoke loudly about how they feel about transgendered people getting bathroom of choice on a national level. Ted Cruz made claims about how he felt about transgendered people in the bathroom and was soundly defeated in the primary.

To your point that Trump Tower is private property you would be correct, however NY State law prohibits discriminating against transgendered people in/on private property. So, no, private property owners can't do whatever they want.
