Are Fake Boob's a Turn-off or a Turn-on in a Story?

I'm a new member and have started writing a series of stories. My main protagonist Pixie is a petite blonde with EE implants. I've had some comments that aren't keen on a character with implants and a few that are. I just wanted to know if what I'm writing is niche or not so my simple question is: would it put you off and would you not read a story about a girl with implants or would you not mind or really find that attractive and exiting to read? Thanks for reading and I look forward to reading your comments.

Is it really essential to the story that you point out she has implants? Because if it's simply the size that matters, why not leave it up to the reader to decide if they're natural or implants?

It's a part of how I created and developed the character but it's not mentioned all that much and it is broached in conversation in the stories, it's not like the first line.

My two cents: Write what you want. Some people will like it and be turned on, some people won't. Don't sweat it.

I get that and thank you for your comment but, in your opinion, do you think it's a small audience or a big one that will like it? I mean, would you want to read it or no (or does it not matter to you as a reader)?

For me, personally, it wouldn't matter. But some people just don't like fake tits -- even in something written.

This thread reminds me of a few years back when I joined one of those married affairs websites (fortunately not the infamous hacked one). I made contact with one woman who lived quite nearby and it all seemed to be going swimmingly well until she suddenly called the whole thing off.

She admitted that she had false boobs and she was terrified what a chosen partner would think. I don't know whether the pictures she sent were pre- or post-op. If the former, I really don't think she needed enhancements and if the latter they were really good. Or maybe she'd had a mastectomy and had had a reconstruction. Whichever was the case, it obviously affected her badly.

A pity, because she seemed really nice and it could have been a lot of fun.

Green Knight, that's so sad, i really feel for her. I never thought how strong opinion is against breast implants sometimes. It's like if you like them it's a bad thing or something. I shame you didn't get to spend time with her. A quick question, it jut occurred to me, do you think fake boobs is a fetish?

Personally it's not something I'm hugely judgey about... at least I like to think I'm not? In a story I guess... well, I don't know that there are that many stories that make a specific point of it. In Pornoland women mostly seem to just come equipped without the need for surgery. So it's hard to say. Had a complete stranger invite me to feel her fakies once and that was definitely a turn-on, but I don't know if it was the fact of fake tits or the spontaneity of the situation.

If it feels right to you in the context of your story I say just do it.

Double-E's on a petite girl? Not my thing, unless you're writing a very specific kind of doujin manga :p

depends on the rest of the story/ writing, IMO

How would i even do that? Great idea btw. I'm new so still figuring the site out and how it all works.

Start a new thread. Right down the bottom there is a tick box with "do you want a poll?" - something like that, anyway. I assume it's straight forward (not done one, myself).

Strange question. Very strange question. Surely, what individual readers think (or don't) about implants is irrelevant. The issue is about the story. Put it out there. See what happens. But good luck anyway. :)

In real life, I dislike them, and might find it jarring if mentioned during a sex scene, but I like the idea that you're addressing the issue, because it's something that does get talked about IRL, but seldom in fiction. [here, anyway]

Fake boobs = turn off, unless...there are certain circumstances where implants would be exceptable, such as she had a mastectomy. But to just enlarge her tits, no thank you.

IRL, I don't care either way. I wouldn't stop reading because a woman did/didn't have implants/small breasts. I probably wouldn't stick with a story that focussed on those things because it just doesn't interest me.

But "how many people want to read stories about X?" is only half the story. The other question you ought to ask is "how many people are writing those stories?" You can sometimes do better by catering to a small but undersupplied preference than by catering to the majority who already have plenty of options.

This reminds me of the author who introduced the story by presenting his characters' breasts sizes.
You're not gonna do that, are you?

Personally I like big breasts. I don't mind implants. But when I thought the size upon the description of your girl, in my head she looked... laughably skewed. So I don't know, I think most people would not get turned off, but rather think it's just ridiculous and keep on reading anyway.

If the breast job is a part of the character's plot (she gets it because she feels inadequate because her ex left her for a bigger breasted woman or something) then yeah, go ahead. You characters have the right to do and feel whatever they may.

Finally, a reader won't stop reading unless 1.plot is terrible 2.writing is terrible 3.theres something they don't agree with, like homosexuality or rape or incest or something...no ones gonna stop reading because the boobs are too big

Put a tag like big breasts or boob job (or go see the tag cloud, I can't really recall) then the audience that wants it can find it as well.

It's up to you, of course, but I don't see how fake boobs can be considered character development.

As I see it, that's the kind of info that falls into the category of 38AA boob sizes, 7 inch cocks and things like that. In other words - information that will do on a medical report but not in a story and not in a normal conversations.:cattail:

I would forfeit it. And to answer your question - I wouldn't say it's a turn-off, but I rather prefer natural (even if small) breasts.
It would be totally turn off if the girl mutilates herself by making a huge melons out of her boobs, like some pornstars do.

I prefer real, but there are lots of reasons people have boob jobs, not all cosmetic... I certainly wouldn't be turned off a story just because a character had fake boobs. If you have pumped the girl up to a ridiculous point and in real life she would obviously be uncomfortable and maybe even in pain, that would annoy me as a reader but here's the thing, someone else would love it...

Go with your gut and write the sort of story you would like to read.

Out of interest some women are disproportionately big naturally, so there is no reason to highlight they are fakes unless you are suggesting they are obvious or that you trying to convey something of the character, a fragility that's led her to that point. That would hold my attention, if it were a device to understand a bit more about her...

ps - EE doesn't exist as a cup size here in the UK, we go straight from E to F, and looking at conversation charts I don't think it does in the states either...

Good luck :)
