That takes me back to summers I spent in Charleston, SC as an undergraduate. There was a place there called The Goody House where we used to have breakfast. I think it's a Starbucks now. Anyway, it was this little dive run by two eccentric brothers. When I ordered tea, they would ask, "Sweet and Low or sugar, Sugar?"

tripod, auto focus and remote triggers can help deal with the camera.... so one can shift there focus to enjoying the pleasure of watching you dress.... to only be undressed later ... but totally worth it
