Thank you, Fit, I appreciate this post! I hate to see negative comments in the AM Pic section! Why they bother is beyond me. I am guilty of not using the link option as well, I'll go back and adjust.

I was absent from lit for a few days, but I received a few pms and now feel the need to stand on my soapbox for a few minutes and address something....

*stands up on the soapbox*

I created the thread for two reasons:

1. BFG had created the Sexy Men of Lit thread and I wanted to create a sister thread for the sexy women of lit. (Only fair)

2. I wanted a place where women can post in front of admirers who appreciate them and be made to feel more beautiful.

I did not put any provisions on what is acceptable or unacceptable pics, except that any super sexy pics be put in a link.....just so we can be safe with the moderators.

We all have different tastes on what we like or what we think is appropriate.
Some women like to leave things to the imagination and just show a bra or stockings... Fucking awesome!!
Some women like to take a pic of a nipple.... Fucking awesome!!
Some women like to take a pic of their nipple next to a bottle of Jameson... Fucking awesome!!
Some women like to take a pic of the legs in Heels... Fucking awesome!!
Some women like to take a full nude photo... Fucking Awesome!!!

you have a beautiful figure, Cherise. I think posters in the AMPICS just get a bit carried away, and not everyone appreciates a gazillion pics trying to load on their screens.

I know, I had my derriere as my AV once and I got so sick of seeing my ass every time I posted, I just took it down.

Sometimes, when you post a pic, it garners attention that makes you uncomfortable. So you edit your original post and remove it, right? Easy peasy. But if it's been reposted a bunch of times, you can't get rid of those. Just the one you posted yourself. So we all need to be really careful and think before we post.

I was thinking the same thing. Even when I'm quoting someone in my Hairy Chest or Sexy Men threads, I take the time to delete the image... and it's a pain in the butt from my phone. I do it to be respectful.

But... . Guys see something hot and just want their comment submitted, they aren't thinking of those things.

I'll be honest, I never think of doing that. Mainly because I am either lazy or a doofus... or both.

I too try and remove pics when I quote, because I don't keep up pics up long anymore either. But if you upload here to the site and put it in the messages, when you remove your pic, the quoted ones do fall off, just not as quickly. If they use off site hosts, then yes, that means the person has to remove their pic, or break the link.
