I don't dislike him, I actually think that a lot of his posts are funny.

The only thing that irks me about him is his self-righteous attitude towards anyone who doesn't share his views, which leads to him calling others racists or psychopathic trolls over all sorts of nonsense.
Nevermind his double standards, because he allows several posters who share his political views to get away with stuff that is 20 times worse. And that he often endorses (more or less indirectly) their behaviors too.

Another funny one:

I was able to bring in a code of conduct at my club. Previously there was no way to force out unwanted members.
The same code of conduct was used to rid us of a sociopathic member who was hated by all. He threatened to sue our club president. The code of conduct was a requirement. Our clubs lawyer thought it was a brilliant idea.

So yes, my efforts I believe are making a difference.
