Lost story help:

Early this year (2016) I started reading a very well done story involving a young man who came into a great deal of money, part of the way he used his boon was to start college then buy a very large estate, rehab it and provide housing to his (female) friends. The story in question came out at roughly the same time as "The Link" so in the 1st quarter of the year. It was multi part/chapter and most likely appeared in either 'Novels and Novellas' or 'Romance'. The computer I was using to read the story in question on suffered a harddrive failure and I lost my bookmarks for the story.

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can find the lost story?
