I want to see your pies, please. I've been making these for a friend tonight. The pumpkin custard was left over pie filling, and the empty crust is for lemon meringue.

mmmmmm... i am using fresh roasted pie pumpkins. they've been roasted, pureed and are chilling in the fridge, while other things go in and out of the oven. cherry pie is the other on the list.
