Essentially, imagine those weird foreign gameshows but with a (questionably) erotic twist.
For example: "Impregnate these women and win a fortune!"
With birth rates on a decline, a sponsored gameshow starts. For a (relatively) small fee plus collection costs, you may enter your sperm sample into a contest to impregnate female volunteers. If the woman gets pregnant, she gets to keep two thirds of the pot while the lucky guy (determined by a paternity test) gets the remaining amount to keep. Tens of Thousands of guys enter, more for the debauchery rather than the prize, so the pots can get pretty big and while the winning guys are kept secret, the women all shoot videos of themselves getting multiple samples sent into them, so the sight of watching a naked woman getting filled with your seed is getting streamed to subscribers around the world.

She was desperate for money at the time she agreed but as she misses her period a few weeks after streaming her impregnation, she starts to worry about her situation. Could follow her as she decides whether to go through with it or what experiences she has while waiting for the baby to be born (for example, it is a porn site, so while she could sit back and just collect the pot, she also gets offered to do other videos and shoot sex scenes during her pregnancy)

At first the games seem like typical over the top, slightly dangerous fun but the games become increasingly more risking and humiliating. How far will these tourists go for sex? ...and what's up with the tentacles that are moving far too elegantly for animatronics?
Alternatively, it's a game for NEETs. They get kidnapped from their houses/apartments and get forced to compete in sadistic games. the losers get brainwashed into being productive members of society while the winner has a chance to have any fantasy come true (since even if they intend to remain shut off from society, at least a winner will have proven him or herself to be of a high pedigree)
