Wow, my wager got popular! :cool:

I'm feeling much better today. Thinking about all the back-room deals going down to thwart Trump (maybe even at this hour) and campaign promises he'll inevitably be forced to break, does my heart good. It's going to be one big shit show, and I already have my popcorn.

But, leave I shall - a promise is a promise. Thank you for holding me accountable. I will stick around long enough to hopefully win the Dead Pool for a 3rd consecutive time, enter again if Rob does another one, and then bid you all adieu as stipulated on 1/1/2017 for at least a year. You will be able to reach me via PM, however.

Until then, let's enjoy the upcoming turkey day and happy feelings. :)

Will miss having your voice on here, though. You've got a patience for taking it to the shitstains that I just don't have room for anymore. Now that it's TrumpTime®, it's gonna be wall-to-wall fungus on the walls here for a while. Should be interesting to see what's changed when you get back.

You were somewhat gone about the time I wondered in. So we've only cross paths recently the last year or so at most. I found you to be rather scholarly about your wrongheadedness. Which I appreciate.

Because of a bumped thread or two, I had a chance, fairly recently, to read through some of the time when (well let's call him "Cade" for this discussion) was in full-blown maniacal trolling mode, creating sock puppets in claiming that they were actually your puppets created to troll yourself. This struck a very familiar chord with me and it led to quite a few tumblers clicking into place.

Anyway, I brought that up only to say that that actually caused me to view you with a newfound respect because anyone that can bring it out that level of obsession in that particular coward is a worthy adversary in debate. It's what "Cade" does when he meets a better man.

If in your absence you happen to "accidentally" notice me being wrong about anything at all feel free to shoot me a p.m. to tell me how wrong I am.

I've taken some very extended breaks, one that went several years. I likely will do it again at some point. The vanity searches upon return after months have usually been hilarious!
