Trump just sued NV in an attempt to hamper Latino vote.

That's not the full story.

The law in NV is that when the time runs out, if there is a line of people that lead outside, they 'tag' the last person in the line. Those people by law are still allowed to vote. The officials are supposed to turn away anyone that tries to join the line after that deadline.

Trump is suing because they let people continue to line up after the deadline.

He still didn't want them to vote. What's he afraid of?

He wants them to follow the law...which is what everyone should want. Otherwise, you have anarchy.

Right, that's why he hired Paul Manafort. And his housing discrimination case is about following the law? What other lawsuits has he filed in his life because he thought laws were being broken. It's all about him. Don't be a douche bag.

He didn't write the law in Nevada jackass, he just wants them to follow their State law. Just because you don't like him doesn't mean you can ignore laws on the books. And just because Hillary can get away with ignoring laws doesn't mean that every else can.

Here's the actual story.

The polls were supposed to close at 7pm. Officials left them open until 10pm.

The judge just dismissed Trump's case.

He had a frivolous case and ill prepared lawyers. He wanted the poll workers names. The judge said "no, I don't want them tweeted about."

The case was dismissed. No laws were broken.

Rules are rules. If they were broken then Trump has a valid point and it should be addressed. Sort of doubt it will matter though.

Show me the official rules. And show me Trump's tax returns.
The rules are there for everyone to see. The polls close at 7 but anyone in line at that time gets to vote. It really is that simple. If they let people line up and vote past that then they broke the law. If not then they didn't.
Personal tax returns are private. There is no law thay says anyone has to show them.

When a polling place has issues....say they dont have enough ballots....they have the right to notify the election board and stay open longer. Of course....cant have that can we?

It's all about what their reasons were. A judge will decide and most likely that will be the end of it unless the orange one keeps pushing it but even then it probably won't amount to anything more than a sore loser.

Nothing says anarchy like Latinos waiting on line to vote.

Anarchy is letting people join the line after the allotted deadline. Since I'm not a member of the Nevada legislature, I don't know the exact law that was reported repeatedly by multiple news sources.

You could probably find that specific law here.
