Looking for an incest story

The story is about a brother that's moved off to a tropical island. His parents and sister are living in New England (I think). There is a car accident. The parents are killed, and the sister suffers multiple injuries, including a broken leg. Brother comes home to take care of her, but then then move to his home. They become lovers.

I vaguely remember it being a two part story, but now I can't find it. Hopefully someone will remember the title and/or author.

It is called Allison's ankle by Scouries.

Edit: I think. The parents aren't dead, but the sister gets hurt. Then the brother has to take care of her, from which they also move into his place.

I looked at the scouries story, but it's not the one I was thinking about. In one I'm looking for, the brother (as I remember it) is a little estranged from the family. He's living and working on an island, I think in the Caribbean. As soon as she's able to travel, he moves her to his place on the island to help her recover. In the course of that, they become lovers.

The same author has a different story about a man taking care of his mother, and they end up living as a married couple in Hawaii (I think). I was looking for this story as well. I really am just looking for the right author.

I'm sure the story you're looking for was by Blackrandl1958, but she it looks like she's taken it down for some reason; she had several in the same vein, including the one about a man who marries his mother, who was a professor on a sabbatical or something like that, and they go to live in Hawaii. I remember she got got some really quite vitriolic comments from our favourite idiot, anonymouse, about a couple of tiny, inconsequential lapses in detail, maybe that why she only has one I/T story in her bio; she used to have several really good ones, but now they're gone.
