Mara again

I was trying to set the timer to take this pic when the previous one happened by accident

It didn't get posted as my Circe pic in the Living Works of Art Challenge thread because
1. Hair was supposed to be back behind right shoulder and forward over left.
2. Legs were supposed to be hanging down close together [my left leg is up here as I try to squirm back on the bathroom counter without falling into the sink or dropping my draperies].
3. Light was incredibly harsh and required too much post-processing.
4. Head was supposed to be higher and eyes lifted, not looking at camera.

Just a bit of explanation as to why I considered previous pic a mistake, although I do concede it turned out to be a happy accident.

I think I saw you somewhere before. The art museum? A book about Greek Goddesses? Back of a gold eagle, maybe?

Mistakes, headstone? two words that are so far removed from my Image of you!

Laughing... Well, I certainly make mistakes. Lots of them with the camera timer recently.

I don't want a headstone or burial -- cremation and dispersal on water for me -- but I do enjoy thinking of phrases that sum up my life, often in sarcastic or witty ways.

Truly true. And there were some happy accidents with the timer during the many attempts at the Circe pic for Living Works of Art Challenge.

Could one call this mistake a true nip slip?

Actually, no! The nip was supposed to be exposed. Nothing else about the pic was as planned, Except the nip.

Your mistakes become out treats!!!

It wasn't what I meant to do, but I ended up liking both this and a couple of other mistakes from that day.

Oddly enough, I prefer the nipple hidden beneath the silk to the exposed one. HA.

Trying to duplicate another image is challenging... No way to get it all right, so I choose the elements that seem most essential to the mood and go from there.
