I thought his comment was very out of place given our past interactions. I thought perhaps my sausage/pig thing pushed him over the edge though.

Well, I think given the current US election season, women and men are even more sensitive to the misogyny that Trump has unloaded, and what may have been accepted by both men and women before Trump is undergoing a change. I read an essay earlier today by a woman who was participating in a Hillary event, so she was wearing a Hillary T-shirt. She's on her way to the event, walking, stops at an intersection, and out of nowhere a man grabs her and says in her ear: Hillary Clinton's a fucking cunt and so are you." He takes off. Given the political climate, I don't think it's smart for anyone to be wearing anything political. A while back a male in a leadership position wore a Fuck Hillary T-shirt to work, before he changed. Unfortunately for him, he wore it into my workspace. I gave him the bird, then after thinking about it went to upper management and reported the bastard.

I actually went into a mall (dodging Hillarity supporters), and tried to get a custom embroidered "Make America Great Again" hat. The owner was onboard, the only other employee was an ex-Chiraq subsidy migrant.
(K, her words, Ex-Chiraq, and she didn't know why there won't no parades in Milwaukee, cuz.)
I just wanted a Trump hat for Hallowe'en. Apparently their embroidery machine was rascist, because it couldn't even do the M in Make America Great Again.
The Obamacare recipient was happy when I left, she could go back to texting with her other subsidy friends.

All these threads crowing about a Clinton victory made a lot more sense when you were believing polls suggesting that she was going to win by a ridiculously unlikely 8 - 12%. (Nott even Bill Clinton could pull those kinds of numbers.)
