As you probably know, commenting and criticism are two different things. Hashy likes doing the latter, without knowing much of even the recent history (or facts for that matter), and isn't bothered to check a supplied link, or even a page or two back in a thread. He does this more often than deflecting direct questions.

One can be unaware - even blissfully so - when commenting, but not so much so when being critical.

Nevermind the archives, I don't recall ever seeing you, in your easy going state of obliviousness, be insensitive to facts and information in the very thread you are posting in, and offering comment.

If I am remembering correctly, didn't you try (on more than one occasion I think) to help ol' hashy with adjusting to life here in the GB, only to have it thrown back at you? Even then, you weren't so much being critical, but instead offering suggestion and commenting on what you observed. Unfortunately, you were guilty by some sort of association with Emerson, and scorned for life.
I am so happy to see you were able to pull yourself together and recover nicely.
