Colonel Hogan's comments are the only ones worth reading

Well great ooogly booogly....it just now dawned on me that somebody actually said something nice about another here.

If that is the case, my apologies. I'm just accustomed to putting up my dukes to defend the good people here.

;)

Col. Hogan is one of the most intelligent people I've ever met. Good to the bone. He is good natured, kind and unassuming. However, he will come up out of his lair to stand up to evil people.

The best man on this board. To know him is to love him. :)

Not the best IMHO.
Nevertheless he is always worth reading ,even if you disagree with some of what he says .

Thanks guys.

My main goal is to provide accurate information to people. It's leftover from my journalism background. My opinions are no better than anyone else's. But everyone's opinion is diminished in value if it is based on inaccurate information. The internet is the most amazing research tool to appear in my lifetime. I cannot understand why more people don't use it to substantiate their arguments before opening their mouths or hitting the keyboard. But they frequently don't.

So I often come in later. Many times I feel like those guys with the brooms and shovels following the elephants in the circus parade. :(:(

p.s. -- Oh, and Petey. Not only did I not invent the taco, I don't even think Mexican food qualifies as cuisine. I mean, it's not bad enough to build a wall, but still...

Accurate from your point of view until you drift into opinion.

That being said, I do enjoy you're being here. When we disagree there hasn't been an adversary of note here for a LONG time, and that is worth its weight in gold.

I find it interesting that you and Lance haven't crossed swords yet. Another worthy adversary.

Hogan is wrong about half the time.

Making your wild ass assumption you are correct that means he is doing far better than 90% of most other posters on this board

He has recently made a huge error however, he changed his avatar and doing that was and remains just wrong.

He seems to be a reasonably sane Litster. And that is saying something. :)

Haqhahahahahahahahaha.

You provide the establishment line is all.

It's propaganda. It has nought to do with concepts like accurate, empirical, factual.

He says, she says is as good as it gets from you.

Mexican food is indeed a cuisine. Based on beans, maize corn, flesh, tomatoes, and spices, and not much else, but it makes the most of what's available. Whereas, boiled English foodstuffs? Ick.

But back to facts. Facts are reality. Reality has a liberal bias. That's how the universe is wired. Some find this unfair. Feh. Those who can't deal with reality will be dealt with by reality. Reality always wins. Eventually.
