"When did I claim he was the world's most brilliant businessman?
He might have, but I haven't defended his claim.
I said, he followed the law.
We make the laws..."
You also make a lot of lame excuses.
We don't know if he followed the law or not. He still hasn't released his taxes. Someone should track down all of those individual losses he claimed in 1995 to see if he actually paid the bills that he's claiming the loss on. He's not known to tell the truth about anything.
And if you haven't caught that he declares himself the greatest everything, you haven't been paying attention. But I know you've heard him--you're just one of his basket of deplorables.
Bottom line: Anyone who loses $900 million in a casino venture, which is set up for the house wins, isn't a great (or even competent) businessman and certainly isn't qualified to be president of the United States. He's either an incompetent businessman who has stiffed vendors left and right and thinks bankruptcy is an acceptable option after sucking his businesses a dry or he is a crook who has defrauded people left and right--and the U.S. government (and chumps like you).
Your choice. (Not that you'll make one.)
Did Trump personally lose close to one billion dollars or did the business he was running lose close to one billion? Trump claims that he personally benefited from Atlantic City and that claim is backed up by The NYT and Washington Post.
