Really, Killsnitch?

Can you link, then, to your "It appears a gun was planted on the ground by one of the officers", cause I don't find your bullshit anywhere, wannabe.

But, even though the wife's cellphone video doesn't show anything pertinent to the shooting, the audio is quite clear - especially this part:

OFFICER:xDrop the gun.

RAKEYIA SCOTT: Keith! Don’t you do it.

OFFICER: Drop the gun.

RAKEYIA SCOTT: Keith, get out the car. Keith! Keith! Don’t you do it! Don’t you do it! Keith!

OFFICER: Drop the gun.

RAKEYIA SCOTT:Keith! Keith! Keith! Don’t you do it!

Alas, Keith obviously went ahead and did it, anyway.

Here's the full transcript as reported by The New York Times:

OFFICER: Hands up!

RAKEYIA SCOTT: Don’t shoot him. Don’t shoot him. He has no weapon. He has no weapon. Don’t shoot him.

OFFICER: Don’t shoot. Drop the gun. Drop the fucking gun.

RAKEYIA SCOTT: Don’t shoot him. Don’t shoot him.

OFFICER: Drop the gun.

RAKEYIA SCOTT: He didn’t do anything.

OFFICER: Drop the gun. Drop the gun.

RAKEYIA SCOTT: He doesn’t have a gun. He has a T.B.I. (Traumatic Brain Injury).

OFFICER: Drop the gun.

RAKEYIA SCOTT: He is not going to do anything to you guys.

RAKEYIA SCOTT: He just took his medicine.

OFFICER: Drop the gun. Let me get a fucking baton over here. [muffled]

RAKEYIA SCOTT: Keith, don’t let them break the windows. Come on out the car.

OFFICER: [muffled]

OFFICER:Drop the gun.

RAKEYIA SCOTT: Keith! Don’t you do it.

OFFICER: Drop the gun.

RAKEYIA SCOTT: Keith, get out the car. Keith! Keith! Don’t you do it! Don’t you do it! Keith!

OFFICER: Drop the gun.

RAKEYIA SCOTT:Keith! Keith! Keith! Don’t you do it! [SHOTS]

RAKEYIA SCOTT: Fuck. Did you shoot him? Did you shoot him? Did you shoot him? He better not be fucking dead. He better not be fucking dead. I know that fucking much. I know that much. He better not be dead. I’m not going to come near you. I’m going to record, though. I’m not coming near you. I’m going to record, though. He better be alive because ...I come You better be alive. How about that?Yes, we here, over here at 50 ... 50 ...9453 Lexington Court. These are the police officers that shot my husband, and he better live. He better live. Because he didn’t do nothing to them.

OFFICER: Is everybody good? Are you good?

RAKEYIA SCOTT: He good. Nobody ... touch nobody, so they’re all good.

OFFICER: You good?

RAKEYIA SCOTT: I know he better live. I know he better live. How about that I’m not coming to you guys, but he’d better live. He better live. You all hear it, you see this, right? He better live.

OFFICER: [muffled]

RAKEYIA SCOTT: He better live. I swear, he better live. Yep, he better live. He better fucking live. He better live. Where is...He better fucking live, and I can’t even leave the damn...I ain’t going nowhere. I’m staying in the same damn spot. What the fuck. That’s O.K. did you all call the police? I mean, did you all call an ambulance?

Here's how The Charlotte Observer reports the incident that figuratively has the city ablaze:

The chain of events began around 4 p.m. Tuesday, when police were conducting a search for someone who had an outstanding warrant at The Village at College Downs complex on Old Concord Road, CMPD Chief Kerr Putney said.

Scott was not the person they were looking for, but police saw him in his car in the apartment complex.

They saw Scott get out of the car, then get back in, Putney said. They saw he had a handgun, approached the car and ordered him to drop the weapon.

Despite the commands, he got out of the car with the gun as officers continued to tell him to drop the weapon, Putney said.

Within seconds Scott was shot. Authorities said Scott posed an imminent threat of danger.

Police do not yet know definitively if Scott had raised his weapon, Putney said. But he said that a person’s gestures, aggressive behavior and other factors can also be interpreted as “imminent threats” under North Carolina law.

Police did not disclose how many times Scott was shot.

A woman who identified herself as Scott’s daughter said on a live-streamed video that Scott was unarmed, reading a book in his car and waiting for the school bus to drop off his son. The video, viewed more than half a million times, elevated the incident to a national stage within hours.

Putney said no book was found at the scene. He said he did not know if the gun found near Scott was loaded.

The same piece reports on Scott's violent criminal record:

A public records search shows that Scott was convicted in April 2004 of a misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon charge in Mecklenburg County. Other charges stemming from that date were dismissed: felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, and misdemeanors assault on a child under 12, assault on a female and communicating threats.

In April 2015 in Gaston County Court, Scott was found guilty of driving while intoxicated.

In 1992, Scott was charged in Charleston County, S.C., with several different crimes on different dates, including carrying a concealed weapon (not a gun), simple assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He pleaded guilty to all charges.

Scott also was charged with aggravated assault in 1992 and assault with intent to kill in 1995. Both charges were reduced, but the disposition of the cases is unclear.

According to Bexar County, Texas, records, Scott was sentenced in March 2005 to 15 months in a state jail for evading arrest. In July of that year, records show, he was sentenced to seven years in prison on a conviction of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A Texas Department of Criminal Justice spokesman said Scott completed his sentence and was released from prison in 2011.

Keep in mind that Brentley Vinson, the officer who shot and killed Scott as Scott refused lawful commands to drop his weapon, is black, too.

The cop who planted the gun is white.

IDK man....watch her video and look at the photos. He's dead on the ground no gun, then all the sudden a gun drops to the ground near the white dude with red shirt.

Make up your own minds.

Turn on MSNBC? They have exclusive content.

Really, Killsnitch?

How about you just clearly credit the source of your "It appears a gun was planted on the ground by one of the officers." ?

And don't be embarrassed to simply admit you're the source...

It's not like anyone on the Board will be surprised about you blowing such irresponsible shit out of your wannabe ass - AGAIN.

Bullshit. If you watch closely the gun is laying in the shadow of the officer standing on the right and is seen more clearly when he moves slightly to one side. I'm all for holding a police officer accountable IF it's warranted, but this time it isn't.

Comshaw

You're now stating that your totally and maliciously fabricated "public opinion" of "It appears a gun was planted on the ground by one of the officers" and "The cop who planted the gun is white" are going to lead "the NBC National News tonite at 6:30 EST"?

:D

Fact is, if your outright lies were true, no protests/riots would be necessary in Charlotte because most of the nation in effective total would come down like a sledgehammer on such intolerable and blatant criminality...

...just like the nation in effective total is going to quit giving any shit at all once they understand that just another ex-con, who was in commission of a felony when police first came into contact with him, and who refused multiple and clear lawful commands to drop his weapon - even commanded to by his wife on the scene - chose not to and was blown away.

Oh. well.

Doesn't matter his skin pigmentation, his wife's skin pigmentation, the killing officer's skin pigmentation, or even your total piece of utter shitness...

Truth always prevails.

Every black guy shot and/or killed by a police officer whether obviously justified or not will be sensationalized between now and election day in a desperate effort to get out the black vote. It's been done the last 3 election cycles and it only seemed to work when there was a black guy at the top of the ticket.

It takes a while to clear a police shooting, bringing in investigators from other agencies and often with support from the federal government. These things take time, they know that, so they know they can sensationalize every shooting, cast doubt and make it appear that there was something done wrong whether or not there was. They honestly don't really care whether or not the shooting is justified. All they care about is having headlines and riots and enthusiastic black voters.

I tried to find this on the internet but couldn't. Why were the police called to that scene to begin with? I just wondered what they were there for?

What matters is, the mofo is in heaven with Jesus.

You are not entirely wrong about that. The reason that I cannot develop at this point one shred of sympathy for any of these cases is because the more you look into the individuals who are being lauded as some innocent teen complete almost every time with a junior high photo of the miscreant as if he never aged beyond those days of innocence is in fact a guy that no one other than immediate friends and family lament the passing of. Not even the most hardcore of the protesters and people complaining about the cops would want the guy living next door to them.

If the same set of facts were known and the guy was a white tweaker, not one person complaining about police misconduct would say one single word. I know this because tweakers are shot on the regular by the cops and no one myself included cares.

I don't have a TV and I wouldn't watch "the NBC National News tonite at 6:30 EST" even if I did, but I believe it is now 8 or so minutes past "6:30 EST" and I'd like to know if they lead with either of the wannabe exclusive fabrications?

Make up your own minds.

It's an issue that will have to be sorted.

All the video will have to be cross referenced as well as cleared for integrity.

Huh. Looked more legit on another viewing...like they cleared the gun away from the body.
