Wells Fargo Fraud

"When you put too much pressure on people to make their numbers, pretty soon, they start making up the numbers."
- Warren E. Buffett
Chair, Berkshire Hathaway Corporation
(a very, very large Wells Fargo shareholder)

When I was a bike messenger in long-ago San Francisco I had daily pickups and deliveries at the Hell's Cargo HQ. Their coffee wasn't as good as at other financial mailrooms on Montgomery Street aka The Valley Of The Shadow Of Money. Word was out on the street: don't bank with Hell's Cargo, they'll screw you worse than BankAmerica or Crocker. I got a Hell's Cargo account anyway, kited a few fat checks, and left town, never looking back.

(What did I do with my ill-gotten money? Bought photo gear to shoot pr0n. But that's another story.)

USA banks can get away with almost anything. Bushes, Clintons, Obama -- all pwned. The Hell's Cargo flap will evaporate in a few days. Nobody will be punished. Why? Follow the money. All of it.

Isn't that the way of America? The real workers are screwed while the big man, sitting in his big chair, smoking his cigar receives tax incentives.

Only because the government makes sure the real workers aren't allowed to do anything but be wage slaves for the cigar smoking asshole.

True enough. People extoll the virtues of corporate welfare, low wages, crappy or nonexistent insurance benefits.

Wells Fargo has the temerity to RIP OFF customer data and use it to create false accounts, in order to PAD UP their stats. Disgusting and illegal business practice. Slime of the financial world. Then when I hafta go in there they are ALL SMILES, like... "oh, how can I fuck you in the ass today?" Bastards.

Individuals make choices.

You can choose to conform or you can choose not to. Either way, there will be consequences.

I suffer the consequences of the choices I've made (one of which is that I'm less rich than I would have been had I accepted that offer from Goldman, Sachs lo those many years ago.)

Gee, didn't she die a few years ago? You would have thought they would have buried her by now.

I thought Warren Buffet was a guru for you capitalist wannabes?

Whatta ya mean you don't like fraud?

That's America's business model.

Executives are allot harder to replace then blue collar workers and if an executive is "dismissed do to something like fraud or other happenings said executive might be more then willing to expose things "others" may want to see kept secret to the press or the wrong people just to save themselves or get back at the company they worked for. That is was executives are rarely fired and situations like this are covered up.
