A woman has left people shocked after she brutally beat up her husband for cheating on her with another woman. The brutal fight recorded by the neighbours took place in public.

The poor man was pummeled on the floor as the woman landed many blows on his body. People watched as the drama unfolded and some cheered the woman on.

The video posted by worldstarhiphop has generated comments and reactions from people.

I figure this would be a first step in making up for all the times I've offended the feminists, no?

Advocates for due process knew this day was coming. We knew that one day colleges would notice that there was only one way for students accused of sexual assault would be able to defend themselves and that the colleges would make that defense itself a violation of policy.

Of course the new policy is coming out of California, which led the way in inserting campus bureaucrats into the bedroom with its "affirmative consent" policies. These policies mandate how students must engage in sexual activity – not as a passionate act but as a contractual question-and-answer session. The only way to prove one followed such a policy is to videotape the encounter, but now, California colleges are making such recordings a violation of school policy.

Due process advocates knew that one day a student would try to record an encounter to retain evidence that he obtained sober consent. We also knew that if an accuser claimed she was too drunk to consent to sex, someone would make the argument that she must have also been too drunk to consent to a recording. And that's where the new policy comes in.

In a Q&A with the University of California's daily newspaper, the Daily Bruin, Title IX officer Kathleen Salvaty said students could be expelled for recording sexual encounters without consent.

A mum-of-two attempted to take her own life after a pregnant woman acted like a "wild animal" when she bit a chunk out of her face at a house party

Kate Nield, 27, required skin graft surgery after Claire McCluskey sunk her teeth into her during the incident in Southport, Merseyside, on February 26. McCluskey was spared jail because of the impact prison would have on her children.

The victim was left with permanent scarring and said looking in the mirror after the attack was "like a horror movie". She was also plagued by flashbacks.

Liverpool Crown Court heard how the victim subsequently tried to take her own life, the Liverpool Echo reports .

Judge Neil Flewitt QC said the fact McCluskey had to care for a young family, is of previous good character, entered a guilty plea, has a good job and has shown genuine remorse influenced his decision to hand down a suspended sentence.

DAVENPORT, Iowa — Joe Vandusen had to fight the state of Iowa for eight months to avoid paying court-ordered child support for a child that was not his – this week, he won.

"It's over," said Vandusen, of Davenport.

In February of 2016, he opened a certified letter that ordered him to pay support for a baby born to his long-estranged wife.

"I thought it was a joke," he recalled.

It wasn't. The couple hadn't seen in each other in more than 15 years, but had never divorced. By law in Iowa, and many other states, husbands are required to pay child support for any child born during the marriage.

Vandusen was laid off from his job this year, and says he didn't have the money to fight the order.

He told his story in March to WQAD-TV, and struck a nerve.

"After the interview, a lot of people re-posted it on Facebook, and then somebody brought up, starting up a GoFund Me account. I did and that's how I paid for my lawyer. People donating money to help me with this cause, and you have no idea how many people came out of the woodwork after my story aired, it was incredible. From all over the country," he said.

The woman who accused former Auburn running back Jovon Robinson of domestic violence emailed Auburn coach Gus Malzahn after Robinson’s dismissal and said she lied in her initial accusations.

Robinson was dismissed Aug. 3 after Malzahn said the running back didn’t live up to the expectations of an Auburn football player. Following Malzahn’s public statement, the woman said she made up an accusation she previously sent to the coach that Robinson pushed her out of his room so hard that her head smashed into the door and she skinned both her knees on the carpet in the hallway outside his room.

Robinson has said he was not in a physical incident while the woman told the site she made up the accusation because she was angry he didn’t want her in his room.

A woman with a long history of damaging property attacked the front door of Leicester Crown Court purely on "impulse."

Susan Bosworth, with 178 previous offences, had drunk 11 cans of alcohol when she armed herself with a hammer and smashed the windows.

She was seen by a neighbour take repeated and deliberate strokes to break the panes in the door area in the early hours of September 15.

Yesterday Bosworth (51) pleaded guilty to causing £1,650 damage at the court building in Wellington Street.

And no jail time.

Randy Watson would say the court building deserved it.

KEENE — Police discovered that a Keene woman had lied about being assaulted, even going as far as applying makeup to appear as bruise marks on her face.

Emily Elliot, also known as Emily Glover, went to the police on Aug. 2 to report an assault that allegedly happened after a date.

Elliot claimed that after their date she did not let him in her home, so the man beat her face and body. She even published photos to her Facebook page of the alleged injuries.

Once an investigation began for this alleged assault, it was discovered that the man had an alibi for the time and date of the assault - he was at work, which others even attested to.

What a disaster. The accusation should be the proof, ain't I right feminists?
