Trump got his doctor to say he was 6-3 instead of 6-2 (his stated height most of his life, and keep in mind people are shrinking by the time they hit age 70, not growing taller) so that his BMI would fall in the merely "overweight" range rather than "obese."
I'm only pointing this out because as recently as four days ago, our esteemed AJ, who is totally not a Trump supporter, listed obesity as one of the reasons to be mega-concerned about Hillary's health. Looking forward to the rationalization that being fat as a private citizen should be of no concern to anyone.
