So just yesterday Trump said he'd be releasing the results of his physical, and now one day later they're playing the "right to privacy" card?

And now, after promoting the grand reveal of medical info on Dr. Oz for days, the campaign is now saying that he and Oz are only going to talk about Trump's general feelings on health and wellness. Nothing about his personal health numbers at all, which I'm sure has absolutely nothing to do with anything negative that showed up in his physical. I think we can now safely say he will never release a traditional health report, even a fairly superficial one like the report Clinton put out last year.

(Prediction: his fans will be "fine" with this, just like they were "fine" with him reneging on the promise of a self-financing campaign and "fine" with not seeing his taxes and "fine" with him using foundation money to purchase giant paintings of himself. It's already been released that the physical was done by the same doctor who gave him the "Epstein's mother" note.

I'm sure all of his test results will come back positive again and the one page summary Dr. Oz looked at is all that anyone will ever see of the "very, very specific health report". At this point everyone knows more about Clinton's health than they ever will about Trump's.

I have to laugh at anyone who tries to spin Powell's remarks in their candidate's favor. It seems clear to me that he thinks they both are a hot sack of shit. And I heartily agree, always did like Colin Powell.

I just came across this poll of South Carolina and was surprised to see Trump has 25.75% of the black vote there, according to the poll. Makes his current standing of 17.6% with blacks in the USC/LA Times poll, which I've been following closely, seem less impressive. Makes me wonder if Trump's going to do much better with blacks in this election than most people seem to think.

As long as we're speculating about the candidates' health, why has Trump been seeing a self-identified gastroenterologist as his primary care physician for more than 30 years? That's kind of odd. I know people who see specialists for primary care but they all have chronic conditions that require a specialist's monitoring and care. I know several people who see a nephrologist for primary care, for instance, but they all have a chronic kidney disease.

So, why's he need a gastroenterologist? Pre-cancerous polyps? Erosive colitis? Liver disease? Hep-C? Pancreatitis? Wow, this speculating is fun! (Actually, speculating about someone's health by people who know nothing, really is deplorable.)

I didn't think about it until you said it, but if he suddenly jumped into the race as an independent I would send all the money I can afford and would volunteer my every free moment to work for his campaign. I believe he truly has the intellect and temperament we need right now.
