Son comes home from a hard day at work. there is a strange car in the driveway, he goes in to see his mom sitting on the couch with his senior lit teacher from last year. They seemed to be sitting very close but he chalks it up to imagination. Over the next several weeks, he sees them together more and more.
One day he decided to see if he can figure out what is going on. He leaves, drives around the block and sneaks into his bedroom window that he had left open. He hears the moans of sex coming from his mother's room...
This story line suggests that mom, and possibly teacher, are closeted, so does he enter relationship lovingly? Blackmail? Peeks in and gets caught? Does he hear them fantasizing about him, and jumps through the door? If I wasn't already working on several stories and dealing with enough writers block for all of them...

Some ideas for this kind of story:
Let's start with a classic reason for why mom is trying to seduce a son who has a gf. She doesn't approve the relationship. Does she hate the gf in particular or is she just overprotective? Either way works but will affect the story later.
Now it is a foregone conclusion that the climax of the story will be a threesome with the three main characters but let's not jump the gun. In my opinion the story will benefit from taking things slowly.
Mom will start by spending more time with son and slowly flirting and "accidentally" revealing herself and more. Both are slightly weirded out by the situation but mommy will remind herself that she is only doing this with the best intentions for her son. Meanwhile the son will slowly start to admit that his mom is hot and he kinda likes it.
Does the gf notice what mommy is doing? Or will she merely notice that her boyfriend is acting strangely and try to help him relax because he seems oddly stressed? After all how would he be cheating on her when he isn't seeing other women and only spends more time with his mother?
When son and mom finally have sex is he ready to leave his gf or does he regret what he did and say that it was wrong and just a onetime thing?
Does his gf dump him when she finds out that he's been cheating (but doesn't know who it was with) and this ironically leads to son going back to mom for comfort?
If the latter then it would make a nice scene where mom tries to cheer him up and their intimate moment leads to sex. Perhaps he is more than willing this time or maybe it's a hatefuck because he hates what she did to him but can't deny how horny she makes him.
...And then the gf who had regrets comes to mom's house to talk to him again but when she sees on them having sex she stops and spies on them for a while before deciding to join in.

Or how about this: Remember the scene in the first Taboo film where the mother (played by Kay Parker) has had sex with her son and is ashamed of it and goes to talk about it with her friend? While the mother is horrified about what she did the friend just gets turned to on by hearing about it. The easy way: The three feel simmering attractions that only need triggers to activate. The right triggers may depend on whether the 3rd-person is mom's GF or sonny's. Triggers could include drink, or disaster, or (the easy way) because they just want to.

That sounds pretty hot, especially narrated from sonny's POV interleaved with 3rd-person omniscient POV to reveal the couple's thoughts and actions. Again, the GF is a bit younger than mom, almost intermediate between parent and child -- a bridge.
