I'm hot fun at parties, but that's elsewhen. Story Ideas is about sharing ideas, details, fetishes, wild-ass plots, weird interpretations, hot tentacles, latent fantasies, plot holes, paradigm-flipping, etc. Anything can happen here. As long as it happens out in the open. You can't brainstorm in a sealed tunnel with a mouth at each end, ie PMs. Asking for private messages on SI is an abuse of the thread. You might be happier with roleplaying or phone sex.

Hmm and look at that. A nice author messaged me, we started talking about writing a story together that might be published on lit and NO ONE WAS HARMED IN ANY WAY! I posted here with a story idea looking for a collaborator, and found one who liked my story idea that I posted here on the story ideas forum. Success for all involved.

The whole idea of sharing ideas is the possibility that several different stories can be generated from just one idea tossed around among a few people. Would Mary Shelly's Frankenstein have ever been written if she was excluded from the discussions that led to it being written? Nothing good ever comes from keeping secrets.

Yes, and I shared a basic starting point that would be enough for an author to decide if they might be interested but not so much as to turn someone off by proscribing too much of the story. The author should be allowed some space to create, and perhaps I didn't want to limit my choice to only authors comfortable with no private space to workshop ideas. It's limiting, maybe people are shy about less than perfect ideas.

I always write something back, excepting exceptionally terse correspondents. Hey and look, here I am responding to you here as well. What are your thoughts on the sort of story I had in mind?

I think the story might work, though it might take a little blackmail by the nanny to get her employers to cave to her wishes. While in their house in her capacity as nanny, she's discovered items or material that she can use against them. That's the risk with a nanny who has the run of the house while the parents are at work. She puts the kids to bed and starts rummaging for something scandalous, embarrassing, or just plain kinky.

I was actually hopping to go a different route, where she seduces the couple through her bubbly sexuality and perky personality. As in, she's so so cute and energetic it's almost impossible to not do what she wants.

Seduced by your employee, maybe. But dommed by your employee? That ignores the employer/employee power structure. And a "cute" and "perky" nanny usually doesn't bring a strapon with her to use to domme both her employers after she's put their child to bed. A manipulative and scheming nanny might do that, though.

The author can define the parents/employers as natural subs, easily manipulated and dominated. The scheming nanny quickly figures out how to push their buttons. Lots of touching helps.

So the scheming nanny PROJECTS being cute, perky, and playful -- those are her tools for gaining dominance. She mesmerizes the parents/employers with her vivacity, touches and hugs them affectionately, playfully engages them in innocent games with more touching and funny challenges, till they're putty in her hands... and lips... and toys.
