Stolen story

I have a hunch there are others there as well. I know these are free stories here but someone should not be taking credit for our hard work. This guy on there is allowing people to thank him for a great story he didn't write.

I posted to tell him to please take it down but I have no power. As I said I suspect there are others there as well that have been stolen by him and other people too.

I hope Literotica can do something. Isn't that why we have to agree to that copyright page when we submit.

Contact them and ask them to remove the story. If they don't, there isn't much you can do about it unless you hire a lawyer. That person has stolen a number of stories from LitE.

If they want you to file a DMCA, beware. That reveals your personal info to all other parties.

I wouldn't be surprised if the other stories are swiped from here as well.

As someone has already said, I'm not sure how useful their contact form is given that the report copyright infringement form asks for an address and contact details, something a lot of writers here might be reluctant to give out.

Could never understand the point of stealing someone else's work, escpecially if it's free to everyone. What's the person's gain out of it? Notoriety? In that case it's bad because the plaigarism gets found out and the person who did it obtains the deserved reputation of being a thief. Leave people's works alone.

When put on a free-use site, it transfers the sense of having created it without having to make the effort to actually create it. When placed on Amazon, it's some money in your pocket based on work you didn't have to do. Whatever the reasons, it isn't particularly meaningful to not understand why it's being done since it's being done on a widespread scale. It obviously has a meaningful point to some others.

I just had a laugher in this realm. Received a subscription "come on" e-mail for a new blog that offered stories for "free" (among other things erotic)--at the cost of a subscription, of course. One of their "featured writers" is habu, which is one of my pen names. They are trying to sell my own stories back to me without knowing I'm habu as well as the account name they were soliciting.

Still doing it

This guy on xhamster is still doing it. Mrloverman1986. He has stolen quite a few stories from us. I don't know what to do. I have asked nicely he just deletes my post. I have asked angrily he just deletes my post. Without filing a formal complaint I don't know what to do. It's just bullshit that he takes credit for something we worked hard to create. I would be ok if he gave author credit. But he is taking all of the glory.

File a normal complaint then. He doesn't want to listen to you and won't stop until he's forced.

That person also stole my 'bus ride with sister' story. A few of my other stories have been posted around. I never really cared. I would if someone was selling it, but I never saw that.

He finally deleted it

He finally deleted it rather than admit he wasn't the one who wrote the story. I know some people say they don't care unless someone is making money on their story.

But to me it is the principle why steal someones story? Just write your own.

Once again if anybody cares he has stolen a bunch of stories. Including "2 moms 2 laps." One of the more popular stories on this site. I'm now fine he listened to me but others may feel as I do.
