Brooks had a sick-ass campus in Santa Barbara with like 7-8,000 students. It was down to like 350 before they shut the doors for good.
The kicker? wait for it...................

The City rented them the top floor of City Hall (the most prestigious office in the City) WITHOUT SECURING A DEPOSIT.
The City kicked out all the tenants and non-profits in City Hall for this disaster.
The taxpayers are rallying to vote out all of City council no matter who they are or how they voted.

All three new locations were ready to open for Fall Semester and now they sit empty. Subs not paid, GCs not all the way paid, empty buildings, pissed off taxpayers and no school.

Sue 'em first and return everyone's money. Then shut down. All they do is sell expensive pieces of paper and waste time. I was young and stupid and didn't know any better and went to a for profit school. I'm lucky I work in my field of study.

I looked up these figures a few years ago... An engineering degree from ITT Tech is priced about $95k. The same degree from Princeton is about $115k. That's $20k difference. Princeton versus ITT Tech. PRINCETON.

How on earth did they go out of business? They charged $95k for a shitty degree by shitty professors. Seems like an amazing business model to me.

ITT Tech gets money from the government along with the money paid by the students. Nevertheless, an ITT Tech Engineering degree is listed as $95k. Or it was the case a few years ago.
I know you've likely never seen the inside of a college brochure, but they often list prices and stuff.

I think it was Bernie Sanders who said something to the effect that a college degree today has the value of a high school diploma thirty years ago. I know my company hires experienced college grads as administrative assistants.
